A place recreating with charme the calm atmosphere of a high mountain chalet to offer the oldest and the true tastes of the alpine cooking. On the menu you can find the Aosta Valley specialities as well as some Savoyard dishes: the typical favò with fava beans, fontina cheese, brown bread, sausage. And, dulcis in fundo, the surprise of a ice cream (of goat milk) served in a snow bucket.
