The catering is organized as a self-service and offers typical "steaming" dishes of Aosta Valley cuisine (soups, polenta, meat, game and side dishes) as well as a rich buffet of cold appetizers and grilled vegetables. Delicious sandwiches for quick and sweet snacks in the hut for warm after-skiing snacks.
The structure is open only in the winter season and only for lunch service. The place is always closed in the evening, even on New Year's Eve.
