The Aosta Valley is located at the north-western end of Italy, bordered by Piedmont Italian region to the south and east but also by France (reachable through the Mont Blanc tunnel and, in summer, also from the Little Saint Bernard pass) and by Switzerland (reachable through the Great Saint Bernard tunnel and, in summer, also from the Great Saint Bernard pass).
