Morgenrot, which is located on the ski slopes in winter and in green meadows in summer, is the ideal place for all those who want to savour the typical dishes of Aosta-Valley’s cuisine and national ones, always with a touch of creativity.
The restaurant also offers a big terrace and, for winter dinners, the transport by snowcat.
It is easily accessible in winter on skis or snowshoes and in summer on foot, in about 15 minutes from the hamlet of Orsia (Gressoney-La-Trinité).
