In 1966 the ski instructor and restorer Arturo Allera opens the doors of the restaurant “Lou Ressignon” – the so called midnight snack in Cogne dialect – offering its customers the best traditional and local dishes in a warm and quaint ambience. Today his son Davide and his daughter Elisabetta proudly continue the family tradition evidencing their devotion to the culinary culture of the Aosta Valley, preserving local aromas and flavors.
