In the center of the town center of Torgnon, the Zerbion hotel, managed by the Chatrian family since 1961, houses a restaurant that offers a great variety of traditional local products selected directly by the owners.
You can also find traditional French dishes on the menu, and in particular dishes from Savoy, which testifies to the historical and cultural link between Valle d’Aosta and France
