The restaurant hotel is run by the owners, Anna e Silvano, two brothers and both Chef.
Besides the typical Valdostan cuisine, they propose national dishes, and for those who pay attention to the figure they also prepare special “light” dishes. In the rich buffet you can always find vegetables and salads from the garden.
Among the specialities you can taste the unmissable mountain cheeses, the typical cold cuts as motsetta and lard, to match with great Valdostan wines.
