The cuisine is directly prepared by the owner, the chef Jeannot, *“Cuoco d’Oro d’Italia” *reward winner with the presentation of the typical dish “Vapelenentse”. The restaurant hotel features two halls, the first one can host 200 persons, suitable for and banquets and weddings, the second one, more intimate, can host 50 persons.
