The typical Jour et Nuit restaurant is located along the regional road that goes up to Torgnon in the hamlet of Verney, and it is run by Katia and the chef who takes care of the Valle d’Aosta cuisine by revisiting it, “pinsa”, homemade pasta, meat from Valle d’Aosta (Arev) and zero km cheeses enrich the menu.
The restaurant offers take-away meals, only on advance booking.
