Le Sablier is a project and a philosophy of life born from the desire to create a place where to stop time to experience the here and now, savoring every grain of it.
A restaurant based on the concept of Wellbeing, Hospitality and Care, in which the feeling of feeling is brought back to the centre, enhancing the authenticity of local 0 km products and ancient flavors framed by the scent of spontaneous aromatic herbs and edible mountain flowers.
- Homemade dumplings with Bleu d’Aoste goat’s cheese, walnuts and mocetta
- Cut of beef with berry sauce and sweet-and-sour apple sauce
- Wooden plates with various kinds of cold meats, salami and Aosta Valley cheese with Aosta Valley jams
- Blanc manger dessert with brown bread and a little bit of red wine
