La Marmotta restaurant, located inside the 'Residenza del Sole' apartment-hotel, serves dishes of the typical cuisine of Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta. The experience of Deborah, chef from Pavia, brings her famous ossobuco with saffron risotto and the typical Pavia ragout (casseoeula) to the Valley. The cheeses and cold meats from the Valley, served on typical platters accompanied by wines from small local wineries, will be the protagonists. At lunch, in addition to the à la carte menu, a fixed price menu is offered for all those who wish to try the restaurant's proposals. At dinner, on the other hand, only the à la carte menu is available.
In addition to the restaurant service, a cafeteria with cold dishes and aperitifs service is also available. On reservation it is also possible to enjoy a good aperitif by the pool.
