The Chez Pierina restaurant is located near the path that goes from Chamois to La Magdeleine, in a corner of paradise surrounded by mountain huts. This family-run restaurant began its business in 1975 by grandmother Pierina who, with her home cooking and tasty polenta cooked on a wood fire, has made herself known and appreciated. The secrets of her grandmother’s cuisine and her recipes have been handed down to her daughter Eugenia who, with her granddaughters Sara and Marta, continues to manage the recently renovated restaurant.

On Friday evenings, Saturdays, Christmas holidays and August by reservation only.
