Mountain hut located at 2600 metres reachable by ski or snowshoes in winter and with a one-hour walk from Gabiet in summer. The ambience is cosy and familiar and the restaurant offers vegan cuisine. Dishes are prepared from quality raw materials (preferably local and organic), using wholemeal flours and cereals and abolishing animal fats.
The refuge, surrounded by unspoilt nature, can therefore be the ideal place to try out a ‘new’ cuisine.
