The Chateau Branlant is a real chalet with a fireplace and offers typical dishes of the Aosta Valley. The cuisine is born from a desire to transmit emotions, to give pleasure that will live in the hearts, is a creative and simple approach in which we relive the emotions of the past and makes unique the present moment. It offers a cuisine of research in an environment of mountains, balancing flavors and aromas in harmony with each other and with the environment. The first aim is the respect of the raw material, quality, provenance and the exaltation of the same.

The restaurant is located on the ski area and can be reached by the ski lifts and a short walk.
