The dairy, owned by the Aosta Valley Region, is situated along Regional road n. 26 in the direction of Courmayeur, on the left just before entering the village of Morgex.
The visit
Organisation of guided visits (from 9.30 to 11.30 a.m.) on reservation, in order to see the milk and butter processing.
The shop
Retail of butter, yoghurt, Fontina, goat cheese, as well as charcuterie products and Aosta Valley wines.
Opening time: from December 1st to May 31st, from 9.30 to 12.30 a.m.
