The restaurant of the Lo Scoiattolo lodge is in the hamlet of Vieu in La Magdeleine, a village in the Matterhorn valley.
A warm and cozy environment where you can taste the traditional dishes of Valle d’Aosta cuisine, prepared with dedication by the owner, Anna; on the menu, there is never a shortage of polenta, soups of all kinds, carbonade (a tradional meat dish of the Valle d’Aosta) and game prepared with care to delight even the most demanding palates.
Furthermore, bourguignonne, raclette cheese, fondue and bagna cauda (a hot dish made from garlic and anchovies, a kind of fondue) are prepared upon reservation.
