The chefs brought to the foot of the Matterhorn the cubes of tuna on celeriac puree and the Catalan-style lobster steak, the Gragnano pasta and the homemade tortelloni with asparagus and mascarpone with crispy bacon wafer that together create wonders for the view and for the palate!
Excellent desserts created from old grandmother’s recipes that smell of Mediterranean citrus fruits, cinnamon and rennet apples from our mountains, without forgetting, among others, the warm berries drowned in fior di latte ice cream.
