VEGETATION
Spärlicher und unregelmäßiger Jungwald, hauptsächlich von Lärchen, Rottannen und Laubbäumen bestanden. Das Unterholz besteht aus Wacholder, Gänsedistel, Holunder, Weiden und Heckenrosen.

ANFAHRT
Man gelangt dort hin, indem man die Regionalstraße des Val Veny auf der linken Talseite entlang fährt.

AUSSICHT VON DEM GEBIET AUS
Von dem Gebiet aus kann man im Osten den Montblanc, im Norden die Grandes Jorasses, die Aiguille Noire, die Dames Anglaises und den Dente del Gigante, im Westen die Gletscher des Miage und des Brouillard bewundern. Im Süden liegen dagegen der Tête de Chécrouit, die Punta Youla und der Mont Chétif.

AUSFLÜGE • Wenn man die Ortschaft Combal erreicht hat, kann man dem Weg zum Mont Fortin und zum Col des Chavannes folgen. Oder man geht in Richtung zum Combal-See weiter und kann dann zu den Hütten der unteren Alm des Arp und weiter zum Mont Favre gelangen.
• Von der Berghütte Elisabetta aus kann man auf den Col de la Seigne aufsteigen, wobei man dem Wegverlauf der Tour du Mont Blanc folgt.

Die Hütte liegt etwa 22 km von der Ortsmitte entfernt und kann nur zu Fuss von Arp Nouvaz im Val Ferret erreicht werden.

• Den Eingang erreicht man über eine Rampe, die den Außenbereich mit der Türschwelle verbindet und Menschen im Rollstuhl eine angemessene Bewegungsfreiheit gewährleistet.
• Der Speisesaal befindet sich im Erdgeschoss auf gleicher Höhe wie die innere Eingangsebene und hat eine barrierefreie Toilette mit entsprechenden Hilfsvorrichtungen.
• Nach rechtzeitiger Vorankündigung können Gäste mit Gehbehinderung und / oder Wahrnehmungsstörungen abgeholt und im Geländewagen über eine Forststraße, die gewöhnlich vom Hüttenpersonal benutzt wird, zum Restaurant begleitet werden.

Nur zu Fuß erreichbare Berghütte.

Die Berghütte Bertone kann in anderthalb Stunden zu Fuß von Planpincieux (Val Ferret) erreicht werden, sowieso von Villair Superiore (Val Sapin).

Das Restaurant befindet sich an den Skipisten und ist mit der Dolonne-Seilbahn und dem Maison Vieille Sessellift erreichbar.

Die Berghütte befindet sich im Skigebiet. Im Winter kann es auf Skiern, im Sommer zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto erreicht werden.

• Der Haupteingang besteht aus einer Flügeltür auf der Höhe der Terrasse. Die etwa 10 Zentimeter hohe Stufe wird über eine Holzrampe überwunden.
• Die Toilette des Restaurants befindet sich auf der Zimmeretage und ihre Maße entsprechen den neuesten Vorschriften.
• Der Restaurantboden weist keine nennenswerten Höhenunterschiede Der Zugang zum oberen Stock, wo sich die Zimmer befinden, ist barrierefrei und erfolgt über eine Zementrampe.

Die Berghütte ist nur zu Fuß erreichbar, im Sommer in etwa einer Stunde von Lavachey.

• Die Toiletten in den Gemeinschaftsräumen sind mit den vorschriftsgemäßen Hilfsvorrichtungen ausgestattet und bieten eine angemessene Bewegungsfreiheit.
• Der Speisesaal lässt sich mit einem Aufzug, dessen Maße und Eigenschaften den neuesten Vorschriften entsprechen, erreichen und hat barrierefreie Toiletten. Ein Teil des Speisesaals liegt etwas tiefer als die Ausstiegsebene des Aufzugs und kann von Personen im Rollstuhl nicht erreicht werden, weil es auf dem Weg dorthin Stufen gibt. Die Toilette befindet sich jedoch im barrierefreien Teil des Raumes.

• Eine Stufe trennt einen kleinen Teil des Speisesaals vom übrigen Teil des Raums, der deswegen von Kunden im Rollstuhl nicht genutzt werden kann. Der Ausgang vom Restaurant zur Holzterrasse weist keine nennenswerten Höhenunterschiede auf und ist mit rollator- und rollstuhlgerechten Rampen ausgestattet.
