it is open to external guests and offers an “à la carte” menu with typical dishes of the Aosta Valley tradition with ingredients that enhance the “0 km” products as much as possible. The meats, sausages, cheese and vegetables, as well as the wines, mostly come from local producers who can be visited and contacted directly. Special menu for children.
The restaurant is 9 Km from Aosta and 8 Km from Saint-Vincent, in the middle of the valley and is an ideal starting point for the well-known places in the region. The restaurant is family run serving national and regional cuisine, overlooking the Fenis Castle, the most famous castle in Valle d’Aosta.
The restaurant of Florian Hotel has been run from the Rey-Verthuy family for more than 90 year. It is an ancient structure which shares a wall with the adjacent Pilato Castle and it is Nus, a pretty pastel coloured village, in the centre of Aosta Valley. Chef Joseph takes care of the cuisine, bringing traditional dishes revisited in a modern way.
The restaurant is located in the beautiful Saint-Barthélemy Valley at 1600 meters above sea level near the Planetarium, the Astronomical Observatory and the cross-country trails. It offers national and Aosta Valley cuisine.

The young and welcoming restaurant staff offers, when possible, 0 km products, the cuisine is mainly, but not exclusively, from the Aosta Valle.
The restaurant has a panoramic dining room where warm dishes, sandwiches and typical Aosta Valley snacks are served. The main feature of the Osteria is the “Merenderia” with the tasty black label 18-month Saint Marcel raw ham. The Osteria also offers local wines and traditional genepy while enjoying the sun on its large terrace and it organizes meals for special occasions. During the winter,season, thanks to its location at the start of the cross- country tracks and the snowshoe and ski mountaineering trails, it has a sports equipment rental.

with the valleys of Saint-Marcel and Clavalité at its feet.

The farm restaurant is situated in the heart of Aosta Valley on the hills of Nus surrounded by vineyards, and has a nice view on Fénis castle. The farm is family-run and the products are grown in full respect of nature, with the methods of organic and biodynamic farming. The wines produced come from fermentations of native yeasts, and the farm uses fruit, vegetables and cereals grown in the gardens nearby and in the fields of Saint-Barthélemy Valley.
The dining rooms of Maison Rosset farm are located on the ground floor of the main building, once the manor house. During the 18th and 19th centuries, they were used as canteens for farm workers. The renovation works have preserved, intact, the architectural features of the time. Wooden floors, vaulted ceilings, a fireplace always lit.
The farm restaurant offers different menus, depending on the season, to enhance the products of the farm in accordance with the food traditions of the region.
Once upon a time there was the old Wild West … since it was born, its mission has been to create the experience of the West in a unique environment. The meat used comes from Argentina and from European pastures, it is carefully selected and checked throughout the supply chain.
The pizzeria "Cavallo Bianco" is located a few kilometres from Aosta and offers a wide choice of pizzas.
The restaurant offers typical Neapolitan and seafood dishes, but also Valle d’Aosta, national and international cuisine as well as the original Neapolitan pizza, cooked in a wood oven. All dishes are cooked with genuine local ingredients.
