He was guided not only by his passion and professional experience in the construction industry, but also by childhood memories of when the small village of Cheillon used to come back to life after the long and silent winter.
Viviana will amaze you with her refined home cooking, by serving up in the intimate restaurant Ratatouille, the skilfully combined spoils of the vegetable patch and real local products. The sommelier, Ylenia will accompany the food with the right wine selected from the bountiful vineyards of the Aosta Valley and Eleonora will guide you in the complete harmonization of body and mind.
