Summer opening.

Activities for children and young people from 4 to 14 years old. From Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30pm

Monday, Wednesday and Friday: sport activities ( Summer Park, mountain bike, adventure park, fishing, volleyball, paintball, tennis.)

Tuesday and Thursday: different activities according to the age and weather forecast.

Inscriptions: on Friday of the prevoius week ( at 4pm the day before for the single day.)

The reception is from 8:30 to 9:30 at the Torgnon school  (unless the activities take place in Chantorné or Antey-St-André). Parents can pick up children from 16:00 to 16:30.

Lift parking

Situated on the second floor of the town hall, it contains about 9,000 books in Italian and French, for adults and children, as well as reference books, audiovisual material and collections of magazines from Val d’Aosta local authorities. The library is well provided with seating and has facilities for listening to music and watching videos and DVDs, which can be loaned upon booking.
The management organises various activities such as training courses, exhibitions, expeditions, conferences, book launches and examinations.
It also administers the historical archives and municipal photographic collection and participates in various projects including the ethnographic museum “Petit-Monde”, Torgnon family genealogy and the municipal magazine “Torgnon-news”.

Street market in July and August in the morning

Rental mountain bike for adults and children and e-bikes, in summer season.

In July and August, at the “La Montanara restaurant” by "Ciclotribù", you can rent bikes to discover the beautiful territory of Torgnon.

The rental includes both junior electric bicycles  and adult electric bicycles of sizes.

During the summer it is possible to discover beautiful corners on the e-bikes that can be rented at the Les Montagnards restaurant.

This rest area is located 10 minutes walk from the center of Torgnon

The car park is located in the center of the city, close to all services.

The car park has indoor and outdoor spaces.

Parking is paid during the winter season, approximately from December 1 to April 30, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The price is 0.50 euros per hour, payment in cash at the machine or with EasyPark Application.

In summer, parking is prohibited on Wednesdays for the weekly market in the summer period (from the first Wednesday in July to the second Wednesday in September) and in the event of events.

The car parking  close to a small playground and the pump track pist.

The summer version of the well-known “Winter Park” has been created in the beautiful Chantorné basin, about 4 kilometers from the center of Torgnon, in the Matterhorn Valley, in an area close to the woods, meadows and mountain pastures.

To the delight of the children who can have fun here, this amusement park has 1 treadmill with big air bags for fun evolutions and fun descents with summer tubing on an artificial track with curves, inflatable slides, six rectangular trampolines plus two round ones, ball pit, a climbing wall, swings, merry-go-round carousel, soft games for small children; parents can relax in the sun on deckchairs (for a fee).

Two different descents for “tubbies” on manmade tracks: a simple track and one with final ramp and landing on the huge inflatable mattress of 25×15 metres!

Nearby there are traditional restaurants or, just a ways downhill, there is a picnic area for barbecues in the middle of a pine forest. It is also an ideal place for taking a walk along the paths and through the woods around the playground.

During the summer months a beautiful playground is set up for small children.

In Verney, a small hamlet, is located just before the center of Torgnon, there is a large playground surrounded by greenery, ideal for offering children a pleasant meeting place.

Among the many games there is a zip line and a Pump Track!

After a skiing day or at the end of an excursion, the best way to regain energy is to lie at ease in our health farm. It is provided with sauna, whirlpool bath and Turkish bath. A spacious, relaxing, warm environment with massage service on demand is available
