Since July 1865, when Monte Cervino was claimed by Jean Antoine Carrel, Jean Baptiste Bich, Jean Augustin Meynet and Amé Gorret, the Cervino guides offer their experience from the Alps and other ranges to all those who wish to learn mountaineeering and adventure.
The climbing of the Matterhorn together with an Alpine guide of the society is an absolute added value and, in addition, there will be a sure overnight and particular dinner in the Carrel hut. The alpinist will live the ascent while discovering the history of the conquest of this mountain unique in the world.
In Summer the Cervino Alpine guide association proposes and organises alpine excursion of various difficulty levels, trek tours, daily hikes, canyoning, ferrate and climbing activities on cliffs.
In Winter the association proposes Freeride hikes both on skis and snowboard, heliski, ski-tourism, ice waterfalls and snowshoes tours.
