The Mont Mars B&B is a building on three levels, built in the second half of the 19th century, a typical rural Valle d’Aosta house, made of local stone and larch wood, with a roof of stone slabs like those that characterize the villages and the landscape of Valle d’Aosta.
The facility is located at the foot of the Mont Mars Nature Reserve, the area of passage of the Tor des Geants (the Endurance Trail of Valle d’Aosta) on the Alta Via no. 1, about 3 km away from the Plan de Coumarial (facility for resting with cross-country trails and snowshoe trails) and about 25 minutes from the renowned ski resort of Gressoney.
A short distance away, guests will find monuments and places of interest to satisfy their desire for knowledge, sports centers and gyms to keep fit, ski centers for lovers of all winter sports. It is the perfect place for families who want to find the comforts of their home in the accommodations they stay at, for those who want to spend a romantic holiday in a quiet and reserved environment, for lovers of the silence of nature and tranquility or for those who want to go trekking or be accompanied by Alpine guides on the Monte Rosa glacier. An intermediate stage of long journeys, the perfect environment to regenerate yourself from stress and daily fatigue or simply to experience another kind of mountain life.
