L’Abreny is a small and welcoming facility which recalls the atmosphere of a bygone time. It is located in a peaceful ancient village which overlooks the Brusson lake.
The Nordic ski runs, famous for hosting the Nordic Ski World Championship, are a short walk from L’Abreny. The ski runs of the Joux Pass and Estoul-Palasinaz are a few kilometres away whilst the Monterosa-ski resort is 12km away.
In summer, the lake’s parkland which has games for teenagers and children, can be reached on foot

How to get here
By car
Come off the motorway at Verrès: at the roundabout follow the road for the Valle d’Ayas and after about 100 metres you turn left. You continue along the valley going through the village of Brusson.
Follow signs to Champoluc, after having driven through the centre of Brusson take the road on the left, following the directions for the Col di Joux, after two bends (1km from the junction), turn right and continue until you reach the village of ‘Creste’ where L’Abreny is located.
By public transport
The nearest railway station is in Verrès.
There is a scheduled coach service as far as Ayas (about 9 coaches daily) and connections to the local circular bus route which links all the outlying districts.
