The Dalai Lama camping ground is located on a splendid natural terrace, with sun from dawn to dusk: in winter it offers a minimum of 8 hours, in summer up to 13 hours of sunlight.
You will be welcomed into a tranquil and relaxing environment.
The Dalai Lama camping ground offers more than 180 campsites and hosts permanent customers but always reserves an area for clients just passing through.
The area is completely free from pollution and noise.
Due to the clear sky and the wide horizon surrounding it, the Dalai Lama camping ground is hosting several Astronomical Observatories.
