The day after the arrival of the 20th stage of the Giro d'Italia in Breuil-Cervinia, the Aosta Valley steep climbs become a land of conquest also for the amateurs with the Gran Fondo Giro d’Italia bike race.
The track starts from Saint-Vincent at 8.30 am, climbs to Col Tzecore, descends to Chambave, climbs again to Col Saint-Pantaléon, rises to Antey-Saint-André until the final ascent to Breuil-Cervinia, for a total distance of 100 km and with a difference in height of 3.405 meters (closing of the race by 3.30 pm).
