The tsan is an ancient and popular sport from the Aosta Valley vaguely reminiscent of baseball.

It is part of the traditional Aosta Valley sports, with palet, rebatta and fiolet and it is protected by the Fédérachon Esport de Nohtra Téra.

This sport is practiced in two championships, one in spring (more important) and one in autumn, and it is not traditional in all the Aosta Valley but only in the municipalities of the central valley, between Montjovet and Aosta, in Val d’Ayas and in Valtournenche.

Abschnitt des Flusses Dora Baltea von dem CVA-Damm in der Gemeinde Saint-Marcel bis zur Brücke, die zu den Ortsteilen der orographisch linken Seite in der Gemeinde Chambave führt (Chambave, Fénis, Nus, Saint-Marcel, Verrayes). Hier ist es Pflicht, den gefangenen Fisch wieder ins Wasser frei zu lassen. Nur das Fischen mit Fliegen, das englische Angeln und das Angeln mit fixer, flexibler Angelrute mit Angelhaken ohne Widerhaken sind erlaubt.

Angeln ist jeden Tag erlaubt.
