Snowshoeing from Chamois... to discover the Champlong lakes

A ring that lives up to its name and which offers magnificent views and panoramas over the entire Valtournenche, with the Matterhorn in the background. The ascent begins in the larch forest above Chamois before crossing the plateau which leads to the Champlong mountain pasture.

Hight difference: about 550 m
Route length: approximately 10km
Difficulty:  E - Excursion without techinal difficulties, 6 hours walk 
Level of difficulty: intermediate (good fitness, previous snowshoeing experience)
Minimum and maximum number of participants: minimum 8 maximum 15 participants
Children: welcome from 11 years old, if already used to walking on routes that are not difficult but long
