Also this year the traditional appointment with Non solo Show Cooking returns.
Each appointment will evolve around a theme and some products, which will be presented by technicians and with which the Chefs will cook the amuse-gueules on the spot which will then be offered for tasting to the public.
AIS Valle d’Aosta sommeliers will propose wine pairings, illustrate the characteristics of Aosta Valley viticulture and present local wines and companies.

During the day, the Coldiretti market will also be held with the participation of producers from the various supply chains.
The event is organized in collaboration with Coldiretti Valle d’Aosta, the regional Chefs Union, Slow-food Valle d’Aosta and with the logistical support of the Municipalities.
