Baking Black Bread with traditional methods

On the occasion of the Veillà di Etroubles the Eternod communal oven will be lit to prepare and bake the Black Bread, from 10.00 am.

Some ovens have been restored and are still in use today. A real factor of cohesion for the inhabitants of the villages, they are also a good way to perpetuate the local traditions.
