The wild Frudière valley

After leaving the car near the Graine Castle, you will continue the itinerary along the Frudière valley,  to reach the lake of the same name. (difference in altitude 700 metres)

Length of the itinerary:  12 km approx.

Time of the hike : full day hike 

Difficulty: E - (for hikers)

What to bring: Hiking boots,a backpack large enough to contain:  water/drinks and all layers of clothing not in use (wind-proof jacket, cap, gloves, buff and neck warmer, thermal shirt), snacks and packed lunch.
