Where to sleep: Pila

An ideal place to relax and enjoy the mountain tranquility, the hotel, run by its owners, is one of the oldest buildings in Pila and has excellent panoramic views of the Mont Blanc mountain range, the Cervino mountain and the Monte Rosa area.

One of the oldest buildings in the Pila valley, completely refurbished and managed to this day by its owners, the hotel is in an excellent location for those who want to leave the car at home… It is in fact situated on the ski-slope and close to the shops.

Breakfast is served in the “saletta”, the guests day-room, furnished in typical alpine stile. Fresh homenade jams and cakes are always included in the choices from the self-service buffet. Throughout the day at the hotel bar, you can choose from a wide selection of sandwiches, toasted, focacce and salads. Cakes and ice-cream are fresh from the family kitchen.

Situated in the splendid Conca di Pila, Hotel Etoile de Neige is located behind the winter skiing pistes and the start of plenty of summer walks.
The hotel reflects a typical mountain hut, lying harmoniously in the surrounding environment with breathtaking walks and nature.

The project began with a large old mountain pasture.
Everything possible was salvaged: from the old Planchì, a larch floor, to the old interior doors, from the stone of the walls to the windows, trying to merge it into the design of what would become the Hotel La Chance.
The guiding philosophy has always been to strive for modernity without losing sight of the origins and the strong link with the territory.
The entire relaxation room, the bar counter, the spa reception and the stone cladding of a portion of the building are original to the area.
Right from the design phase, a strong commitment to the planet, modern and responsible architecture was evident.

Accessibility :

As a result of the mapping carried out in 2023 as part of the "Lo sci per tutte le abilità" (skiing for everyone) project, the following was found:

• Entrance with hinged door without significant difference in height - wheelchair-accessible communal facilities
• Internal lift with planned features
• 2 accessible rooms with adequate sanitary facilities

The Pila 2000 Village Club is in the centre of Pila, directly opposite the sky slopes. The hotel consists of a main building and a very large and beautiful, traditional chalet, connected to the hotel by a heated, enclosed corridor.

Our Hotel, in the very heart of nature, has exceptional views of the highest peaks in Europe and of the city of Aosta. The hotel, through its welcoming environment and full mod cons has been offering its patrons both peace and comfort since 1976. <br>The wood paneling and the sculptures of local artists allow you to experience regional mountain traditions.

The hotel Lion Noir is situated in an exclusive area which is central to the ski lifts (you can get there whilst still wearing skis) and is in front of the Aosta/Pila telecabin station. You can admire an enchanting and picturesque panorama thanks to its altitude and position (a view of Monte Bianco, Grand Combin, from Cervino to Monterosa) both in the winter and the summer.The hotel Lion Noir has been completely renovated whilst it remains in keeping with the traditions of the valley; it has access for people with disabilities and stands out as a result of the range of services which it offers its clientele.

The hotel, in the centre of the Pila basin and just 30 metres from the four-man “Pila-Leissé” cable car, has two internal restaurants (offering international and traditional Val d’Aosta cuisine).

The Villaggio is situated in a vast valley on the ski slope. <br>Surrounded on the outside by the open mountain, the hotel has all that is required for either a relaxing or active holiday.

The Les Fleurs Residential Complex is situated in a quiet, sunny spot just five kilometres from the Pila ski slopes and ten kilometres from the city of Aosta.
The place is famous for the panorama afforded, as it spans from the Mont Blanc to the Cervino, dominating the city of Aosta and its neighbouring towns. Moreover, it is just a few metres from the intermediate station of the Aosta-Pila cableway, making it easy to get to Pila and Aosta without having to drive.

The “Il Giardino dell’Artemisia” Bed * Breakfast is midway between Pila and Aosta. The house is set amid pine and birch forests and is surrounded by a distinctive garden with superb views over the Valley and Gran Combin.

Spacious apartment on the first floor of a two-family chalet in Pila, with direct access to the slopes, ideal for families, very peaceful, surrounded by fields and woods, overlooking Mont Blanc, the Grand Combin, Monte Rosa.
The property is located 200 meters from the Aosta-Pila road, 400 meters from the intermediate station of Plan Praz of the Aosta-Pila cable car. You put on your skis just outside the house, go down to the cable car and go up to Pila in 5 minutes to ski over 70 km. of slopes and on the way back you arrive in front of the house on skis.
In the facility, which can accommodate four people, you will find a large double bedroom, a large living room with armchairs and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a toilet, a bathtub and an anteroom, as well as a corridor and a balcony, for a total of 90 m2.
Pets are accepted (upon agreement with the owner).

Les Fleurs Guesthouse is immersed the green setting of the Aosta Valley mountains, a few minutes from the Pila ski resort.
It is situated in a strategic location, close to the Aosta-Pila cable car: once you get here you will forget about your car! In just 5 minutes you can be on the Pila ski runs and in 10 minutes you can reach the city centre of Aosta. More experienced skiers can return directly to Les Fleurs from Pila via a ski run.
Another of our strong points is our breakfasts … they are sumptuously lavish, with local products and careful attention to details. The rooms are newly restored in the style of the Aosta Valley.

The guesthouse is a brand new renovation of an old mountain home from the early 19th century, with particular attention to the reuse of the original material (stone) and the use of bio-architectural techniques. The house is located on the edge of a woods, it is in a peaceful area immersed in greenery and surrounded by nature.
The 6 rooms are all double with private bathrooms, furnished with handcrafted wooden furniture, very comfortable.
The management of the facility is based on eco-compatibility: energy saving, environmental impact, water and waste management are all carefully attended to.
The central location, not far from Aosta and Pila, allows you to reach the ski and downhill resorts of Pila but also Courmayeur, La Thuile, the Cogne Valley, the Rhêmes Valley, the Valsavarenche, the Valgrisenche and Cervinia.
