Located in the middle of the ancient Challant valley, we are in a strategic point for reaching the various tourist resorts of Valle d’Aosta. The altitude of the village and the temperate climate make it a suitable place for a vacation for families looking for rest, and for those who want to enjoy a holiday to discover the truest mountain, the historical places of Valle d’ Aosta, one of the areas of the greatest hiking and mountaineering interest at the foot of Monte Rosa, winter sports in the Monte Rosa - Ski area, cross-country skiing, ski mountaineering or winter hiking with snowshoes.
The facility is located in the center of the most important town of the Municipality of Challand Saint Anselme. It consists of 10 apartments with 2, 3, 4 beds, each equipped with a kitchenette and all services, a common living area and a café, terrace and garden, a few steps from the Town Hall, Post Office, newsagent/tobacconist, grocery store. These apartments are ideal for those who want to enjoy a stay in complete autonomy of the management of their time without the constraint of the schedules of traditional hotel facilities, that is people like hikers and skiers, but also families who want to enjoy their privacy.

The camping ground is only 2 kilometres form the main town, in a peaceful location near a forest.<br>It can host 93 tents and is also equipped for campers. <br>The camping ground is moreover an ideal starting point along the ancient irrigation channel ‘Ru D’Arlaz’.

This family-run hotel is in the town centre and provides its guests with a quiet, welcoming environment.

A year’s work to transform a cellar, stable, kitchen, bedroom, barn and attic into a comfortable “Maison dal savoir d’antan” based on the original Val d’Aosta style of housing, naturally with wood and stone. Six comfortable rooms which use their original name to find some space where tranquillity can be found.

The Maison Gaudenzio Guest House is located in the center of the village of Challand Saint Anselme; the facility has undergone a recent, thorough renovation. It now includes five finely furnished rooms with all the comforts.
The fundamental feature of the facility is its convenient location that allows mountain lovers to discover it in every season of the year.
During the summer season, the guest house provides the mountain lover with an excellent starting point for the countless walks suitable to any guest and the proximity to the valley floor makes it possible to discover, even on overcast days, the beautiful manor houses of Issogne and Verres as well as the renowned museum area of the fort of Bard;
In the winter season, lovers of alpine skiing can enjoy endless skiing in the Monterosa-Ski area, reachable by car in 20 minutes or by taking the shuttle that stops across the road from the facility; while lovers of Nordic skiing and snowshoeing, the choice of itineraries is endless.
In the vicinity of the facility there are shops, mini markets, cafés and restaurants and convenient free public parking.

La casa vacanze si trova nella tranquilla frazione di Maé a Challand-Saint-Anselme nella Val d’Ayas ,
è situata nel centro sorico in un’abitazione ristrutturata del 1905 circondata da un’ampia zona verde privata ed è composta da 5 appartamenti con cucina.
Il capoluogo, dove si possono trovare tutti i servizi, dista 1,5 km, raggiungibile anche a piedi in 20 min. lungo una passeggiata immersi nella natura. Comoda fermata autobus a 2 min.
La frazione dista 5 Km da Brusson, 11 Km dalle piste da sci di Palasinaz, 16 Km da Champoluc. In 18 min si raggiunge l’autostrada e il fondo valle dov’é possibile visitare castelli medioevali.
1100 mt. di altitudine, per chi ama la natura e il relax. E’ possibile accedere a numerosi itinerari da percorrere a piedi o in bicicletta.
