Our hotel, which we prefer to call “Locanda”, has always been filled with everything we love. Our guests often arrive merely as “customers” and leave as true “friends”, which is why today we felt we could relax and offer our guests something more. Share a part of us with them.

We have ten rooms, each one different from the others.Every room has its own decor and theme, some have antique woods, others new and of a lighter color. Some have paintings or small frescoes on the walls made by a well-known artist from Valle d’Aosta, others have old furniture that tells you something about our family.
They are all fragrant and full of books to give you the opportunity to experience your holiday in a delightfully slow manner which is a bit offbeat.

The ‘Il Ciliegio’ B&B is located in the sunny Hamlet of Buic in La Thuile. Completely renovated in the warm mountain style, it welcomes guests into the family, offering a stay of relaxation, sports and well-being all in close contact with nature.
The facility is an ideal starting place for hiking in summer and for enjoying the international ski resort of Espace St. Bernard in winter (shuttle bus service available).

The “LaLuna” B&B is located about 1 km from the center of La Thuile in a quiet, sunny area a stone’s throw from the regional road that leads to the San Carlo hill. In winter, for those who practice cross-country skiing, the B&B is practically on the longest ring of the cross-country trail, while for those who practice downhill skiing, the free shuttle stop is 100 m away, and it takes you directly to the departure of the ski lifts in no more than 5 minutes. The rooms are located on the first floor of the building and all of them have independent entrances and private bathrooms. For greater customer convenience, each room is equipped for breakfast with the products supplied by the owner.
In summer, for those who love mountain excursions on foot or by mountain bike, there are trails nearby of varying levels of difficulty.
La Thuile is located about ten km from Pre’ Saint Didier, an increasingly popular destination for the relaxation that its spa offers, and in summer 12 km from the small San Bernardo pass.

Il b&b La Niche si trova nel villaggio del Villaret, poco lontano dal centro di La Thuile, in una zona tranquilla e appartata, al limite del centro abitato. E’ immerso nella natura, contornato dai prati in estate e da un incontaminato manto nevoso in inverno. Al mattino, alzando gli occhi dal vostro letto, vedrete il magnifico spettacolo del Grand Assaly, la montagna caratteristica di La Thuile, situata ai bordi del Ghiacciaio del Rutor. Sotto di esso, le cascate che solcano il bosco rendendo il panorama bello e suggestivo!
Il b&b è stato aperto nel 2014. La casa, di nuova edificazione, è stata costruita con criteri di bioarchitettura. E’ di impostazione moderna pur con materiali e arredamento tipici del mondo alpino. Un giusto mix fra innovazione e tradizione.
Tutte le nostre camere si affacciano con grande portafinestra sul prato antistante alla zona b&b, hanno la vista della montagna, sono servite da wi-fi e web TV. La colazione è arricchita dai prodotti valdostani. La sala colazioni dispone di frigorifero a cassettoni e di microonde messi a vostra disposizione.
Il garage può ospitare le vostre biciclette e le vostre moto. La macchine sostano davanti alla struttura nel nostro posteggio privato.
Siamo sul tracciato della pista di fondo, a 80 m dalla fermata del bus gratuito che d’inverno vi porta in pochi minuti agli impianti sciistici; siamo sulla strada che porta ai sentieri delle cascate del Rutor e del rifugio Deffeyes.
La struttura dista circa un km dal centro del paese, possono essere raggiunti tranquillamente a piedi negozi e ristoranti.

The three spacious and comfortable rooms in our B&B are furnished in a typical mountain style with wooden paneling and stone details, and they are equipped with a private bathroom, Wi-Fi and a television set. All the guests of our hotel can use the outdoor Finnish sauna for moments of true well-being, while the children have access to a playground in our large garden. There is private parking for cars and a garage for motorcycles and bicycles with a hose for washing MTBs.
But what is a holiday without a good breakfast? There’s a buffet for you where you can find tradional products of our valley at zero kilometers. Yoghurt and fresh milk, juices, brioches, bread, homemade cakes and jams, fresh fruit salad, fontina cheese and the typical cold cuts of our region. Breakfast is served in a large room with an area for relaxation and conversation.

The LT Horses & Dreams BeB is located in the center of the village of La Thuile close to the main facilities. The rooms have been recently renovated in a pleasant mountain-modern style with wooden floors, boiseries and an exposed wooden roof. All the rooms enjoy a view of the surrounding mountains and the Ruitor glacier. In winter the ski lifts are about an 8-10-minute walk and they can also be reached via the free public shuttle service. In summer at the same distance you can reach the LTHorses riding stables, the bike park, the tennis courts, the chair lift for walks and downhill bikeriding … the proximity to the thermal baths of Pré St Didier offers a further opportunity for relaxation.
The sweet and savory Italian breakfast is enriched with local products.

The Deffeyes refuge is on the edge of a large valley which separates it from the end of the Rutor glacier, a large valley which is partly occupied by the Lac d'En Bas; built in 1953, it is owned by the CAI (Italian Alpine Club) of Aosta.
From the refuge you can enjoy a view of the Rutor, on the eastern side of which the sheer face develops which leads to the culminating point of the Testa del Rutor; the eye-catching pyramid shaped outline of the Grand Assaly is also interesting, as is the small church of S. Margherita, built between 1606 and 1607 to protect the valley from the terrible floods caused by the transient lakes formed by the ice. During the climb there are also interesting views of the Valle de La Thuile, with a background of the Mont Blanc.

A few steps from the town and from the ski slopes, since 1970 it has offered hospitality to numerous tourists.

The house was built by the great-grandparents in 1938, as reported by the master beam. Since then, Giacomo and Vittoria have always lived in that house with their four children. 
At that time, every family in La Thuile had a nickname that distinguished them, the one of Giacomo's family was in dialect 'La Réich' or 'The Root'. This nickname had been given to him because of the love and attachment that the family had, and still has today, for their native land.
Since part of the building had already been used as a guesthouse in the 1940s and 1950s, this activity has now been resumed in the memory of the great-grandparents.

Rifugio Lilla a été aménagé dans une ancienne habitation remontant au XVIIIe siècle. Confortable et accueillant, l’établissement se reconnaît à sa couleur unique.
Rénové dans le respect des principes écologiques, l’établissement est chauffé avec un poêle à granulés, ses éclairages sont à LED et une partie du mobilier a été restauré. Situé dans l’ancien lieu-dit de la Grande Golette, à proximité de l’arrêt de navette gratuite en hiver, le Rifugio est à la fois près des pistes et du village. En été, c’est un excellent point de chute pour faire des excursions et admirer des paysages à couper le souffle. Dotées d’une entrée indépendante, les chambres sont plongées dans une ambiance reposante et informelle, où passé et futur se mêlent. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une accueillante salle de restaurant avec plafonds voûtés en pierre, aménagée dans les anciennes caves. Pour le moment, nous n’y servons que le petit-déjeuner. Les animaux de petite taille sont les bienvenus à condition qu’ils respectent la tranquillité des autres clients.
