"Trattoria Praetoria" is situated in the old town of Aosta, in Sant’Anselmo street, in the pedestrian area, going from the Roman Arch to Porta Praetoria, near the Roman Theatre. The restaurant cuisine is based on quality raw materials and it offers typical national dishes together with *those of the Aosta Valley tradition. The pizzas are prepared under the eyes of the customers and then cooked in a modern wood oven.
The restaurant pizzeria "Break House" was opened in 1985 and ever since then it was always a family-run business. Located in Aosta’s historic center the restaurant has three floors, each floor dedicated to a specialty. The restaurant is air conditioned during the hot summer months and very warm and cozy during the winter months.
The warm atmosphere of the restaurant is based on the quality of the cuisine and the pizzas. It offers national cuisine.
