Events: Bard

The in-depth studies promoted by the Bard Fort in the rooms of the Museum of the Alps, dedicated to the mountains and to those who have lived and told about them, are enriched with a new chapter by hosting a large anthological exhibition by Davide Camisasca, photographer and mountain guide born in Milan but resident for over fifty years in Gressoney-Saint-Jean, at the foot of Monte Rosa. The exhibition entitled Terre bianche (White lands) collects and documents the rich research path carried out by the artist in the field of mountain photography and reportage.

The Fort of Bard opens its doors to all couples in love. On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, a romantic evening dedicated to culture is planned. Join us on Friday, February 14, 2025, at 7:30 PM for a welcome aperitif in the chapel of the fort, followed by a guided tour of the art exhibition Emilio Vedova. Questa è pittura and a free visit to the exhibition Gianfranco Ferré: Dentro l’Obiettivo. Dinner will be served at 9:00 PM in the Polveriera rooms.
