Access:
From Valnontey take the dirt road that runs alongside the river and go through the valley touching on the Valmiana lodges until you reach the Erfaulet bridge.
Cross it and carry on along the path on the left bank until you come to a signed fork where you will have to turn left and this will take you again to the same river that you should cross using the bridge.
Head south east until you come to a small valley cordoned off by a rocky rise that should be passed by climbing up fairly unstable rocks.
Head leftwards until you come to a small basin cordoned off on the right by the moraine and on the left by the last rough parts of the ridge that head downwards from the Roccia Viva.
From the bottom of the ridge head along the path trail on the grassy slope that leads to the crest where you will find the bivouac.

Equipment: blankets, mattresses.
