To participate, booking is required, along with a valid association membership, costing 10 euros
Single class: 15 euros
5-class package: 60 euros, valid for 2 months
10-class package: 100 euros, weekly frequency
Seminars: 25 euros, 20 euros if you already have a yoga package

Each seminar will be dedicated to a theme and will offer a unique opportunity to experience different techniques from the yogic tradition:

• kriyas
• immersion in sound vibrations.
We will discover more about ourselves, engage with curiosity and lightness, and take care of the parts of ourselves that need it most.
