Starting from the parking in Eau Rousses you follow the so-called Nature Trail. Once you enter the forest you find some spruce-tree areas alternating to more open clearings of larch-trees. If you continue upwards along the same itinerary a route leads to the meadows upstream La Rujaz and from there to the famous Orvieille hunting lodge. This lodge was the ancient hunting residence of the Savoy family, which has now been transformed into an important base for Park research activities.

Recommended clothing and equipment: warm layered clothing, hiking boots, snowshoes, Snowshoes and poles will be provided by the guide for those who do not have them.
Other useful information: each participant should have with him his own packed lunch. A stop is planned in a typical restaurant to restore, have a pause, and have a snack on the way back.
