Snowshoeing in the woods

One-day excursion to discover the forest and its richness and peculiarities, together with an environmental hiking guide. In the past, but often also in the present, the forest was seen as a place of fear and perdition, inhabited by strange creatures, real or imaginary.

It is time to dispel this belief. The forest is life, it is nature, it is a wealth of shapes, colours, sounds and scents. And it is in winter, when its trees are laden with snow, that it manifests itself in its full beauty.

Activity can also be organised on request on other dates and midweek days.

Meeting time and place: to be arranged with the guide
Height difference: approx. 300-400 m
Difficulty: E (hiking)
Duration of excursion: 2h
Clothing, equipment and materials necessary: hiking boots, down jacket, windproof and/or rainproof jacket, winter hiking trousers, rucksack, hat, water bottle with hot drink, sun cream, sunglasses.
Recommended: poles, camera. The temperature may vary during the course of the day. At the start it may be a few degrees below zero and then rise during the hike.
Number of participants: min. 9, max. 15
Lunch: packed at participant's expense.
