Journées de la Francophonie - Presentation of the book "Le chalet-garage de Paris-Levallois"

Part of the Journées de la Francophonie, Régis Brunod presents a real-life fable about how our ancestors built a ‘chalet-garage’ in the middle of Paris. This little book for children uses imagery and a metaphor to present an unavoidable and little-known aspect of emigration: being homesick. 

This bilingual book is illustrated by students from the Lycée Artistique d'Aoste.
It is therefore also an image of the collaboration between generations and of Aosta Valley people living here and abroad.
