Where to eat: Verrès

The restaurant, located in the centre of Verrès, consists of the bar area and two dining rooms, all in the Aosta Valley style with particular attention to furnishings.

The restaurant hall is small in size, with an intimate, welcoming and elegant atmosphere. The restaurant also has a large panoramic outdoor terrace. Our gastronomic proposals are simple and based on the choice of excellent raw materials.

In a modern setting there are the restaurant rooms which cyclically host the works of mostly local artists.
An exposed brazier allows you to follow the entire cycle of preparation of the dishes and enjoy grilled meat and fish.
Chef Yves Ballatore proposes an innovative cuisine, but still tied to tradition.

Rustic, family run tavern, with simplicity and warmth. Opened in 1974, it is located amidst greenery at an altitude of 800 m, with a panoramic veranda overlooking Mont Avic, Zerbion and Val d’Ayas. It offers home-style cuisine with traditional valdostan dishes. Select wine list with excellent valdostan and national labels or a choice of excellent house wines.

Recently renovated restaurant, welcoming atmosphere in which you can find excellent Neapolitan pizzas (wood oven) or composite dishes, giropizza, bar service, fixed price menu for lunch, large outdoor terrace.

Over 80 types of pizzas prepared with high quality raw materials, on Thursday and Friday also with wholemeal dough, gluten-free pizza and with lactose-free cheeses. Wood oven.
