Lo Gran Baou

Restaurants  -  Avise

At the bottom of the magnificent Comba di Vertosan, you will find the small Lo Gran Baou tavern restaurant. The building has been converted from a seventeenth century mountain hut and is furnished with traditional “arte povera” furniture and enhanced with numerous almost unknown objects and tools. For nature lovers, there are some interesting walks where you can admire unpolluted spots; some of them were walked by Pope John Paul II during his holidays in the Valley d’Aosta.
Accomodation is also available by the rooms of the Grand Baou
