Cogne Valley Tourism Operators Consortium is the reality proposed to carry out promotional and tourist marketing activities.

Through a great range of associated structures while working in close synergy with the Municipality administration, Cogne Valley Consortium plans and realizes events aimed to promote the natural, historic and cultural heritage of the territory with a series of promotional offerings.

Moreover, the Consortium broadens its horizons proposing itself not only as the touchstone of local hospitality but also offering its guests direct assistance in the organization of their holidays through extremely convenient solutions and promotions.

The consortium collaborates with local hiking guides in the preparation and proposal of excursions or experiential packages.

The Consortium is open all year round with variable hours depending on the period.

The association of nature guides Alpenstock offers tailor-made itineraries for different needs and with different degrees of difficulty with activities, games and thematic insights for all ages and all seasons.

Walking on the paths at high altitude the rhythm slows down and the thought stretches, widens as the horizon on the deep breath of the climb. 

The guides of the association Grand Paradis Randonnée organize excursions in different areas of the Aosta Valley, proposing itineraries of several days and activities on the snow in winter. Together with the Grand Paradis guides you can also organize magnificent observations of the night sky at high altitude: an unforgettable experience. Here are some of the activities proposed by the association:

• Tour du Mont Blanc: one of the most beautiful treks in Europe and the world. An itinerary through valleys and passes along paths always well marked.
• Alta via 1 and 2 : paths that touch the giants of Europe, Mont Blanc, the Monte Rosa chain, the Matterhorn and the Gran Paradiso, for a total of more than 300 km
• Tour des Combins, Tour du Ruitor and Tour du Fallère: shorter itineraries from 3 to 7 days, for experienced hikers or medium-capacity hikers
• parks and protected areas: Gran Paradiso National Park, Mont Avic Regional Park and nature reserves
• snowshoeing: activities where you need to be well informed about the snow conditions and the itinerary (and where accompanying with the guide is therefore recommended).

The association La Genziana consists of qualified guides, staff available to accompany hikers to discover the many natural wonders of the Aosta Valley.
The guides, united in association since 1994, intend to enhance the historical and cultural heritage of the Aosta Valley and their aim is to make known and appreciate the landscape riches of the Aosta Valley.

The trekking with the Association La Genziana takes place mainly in the following areas: Ayas valley, Gressoney, Champorcher, Champdepraz, Valtournenche, Natural Park of Mont Avic and neighboring countries, Nature Reserves of Mont Mars, Lake Villa and Pond Holay.

Guide Trek Alps is a group of hiking guides with an all-round passion for nature.

Everyone needs a forest walk, a mountain climb or an unexpected encounter with wildlife. The guides of Guide Trek Alps are part of their environment, they know it inside out and they like to tell about it so that everyone can discover it. Some of them have also been environmental-scientific researchers for several years, with specific studies of wildlife in the Alps and Apennines, but not only. Their research work has taken them as far as northern Europe for long periods of study, allowing them to broaden their cognitive, environmental and cultural horizons. They have always loved elusive species, the most difficult to see and study, those on which little work has been done to date. They were the first to capture and monitor individuals of the white hare and ptarmigan in the Alps and individuals of the European wildcat in the Apennines. It is with this knowledge that they will try to enthuse you about the nature that surrounds us and populates this wonderful planet.Guide Trek Alps offers: day trips and treks to discover the local wildlife; day hikes, multi-day treks, photo safaris to approach the ethics of nature photography, day or multi-day snowshoe hikes in winter, language treks to learn English while having fun, trips in Europe and Italy, challenges, corporate team building and orienteering activities, e-bike excursions, educational workshops and summer camps for children, and guided tours of the Brusson tourist mining site.

Trekking Habitat is an association of professionals dedicated exclusively to the activity of naturalistic hiking guide throughout the year.

During the Winter, snowshoe tours are proposed both day and evening to discover the night sky, while in the rest of the year Trekking Habitat is available for day trips and trekking of several days

The nature guides operate in the Gran Paradiso Park, in the Regional Park of Mont Avic , in the valleys of Mont Blanc, de Cervino and Monte Rosa, but also in other areas of the Aosta Valley.

The guides of the Habitat Cooperative accompany along the route, ensure safety and provide explanations on the tracks of animals, stimulate attention to the vegetation in any season, emphasizing the particularities of the surrounding mountains, narrate the local culture. Particular attention is paid to the choice of route, both in terms of safety and in avoiding sensitive areas from the point of view of fauna, where any disturbance could be harmful to wild animals.
