Description of the route

The stretch starts out at Son-le-Prò, goes on the left of the municipal road leading to Valnontey. After ups and downs in the wood, it crosses some wooden bridge, runs along the cross-country trail and comes to Valnontey, right in the heart of the National Park.

Notice - Legislative Decree 28 February 2021, n. 40 - article 26 paragraph 2:
"Those who practice ski-mountaineering or off-piste skiing or hiking activities, even using snowshoes, in snow-covered locations where, due to snow and weather conditions, there are risks of avalanches, must equip themselves with special electronic signalling and search systems, shovel and snow probe to guarantee a suitable rescue intervention".
