What is Genepy?
Herbetet Genepy is a traditional liqueur made from the infusion and distillation of small mountain herbs belonging to the Artemisia genus. It takes its name from the famous Herbetet peak in the Gran Paradiso Massif. It’s crafted with artisanal techniques inspired by the centuries-old recipes of mountain tradition, resulting in a unique, high-class drink with a strongly aromatic flavor and gentle balsamic hints. This refined spirit is excellent neat, “on the rocks”, hot as a punch, or as a surprising cocktail ingredient.
