  • 7:00 pm opening of the tasting points with seupetta, minestrone and refreshment point in the new location in the square of the City with polenta, Salsiccetta and cheese.

    There will be tasting points cream, raspberries and "merveille".

  • 8:00 pm animations in the streets of the village with the representation of old trades.
  • 10:30 PM: dance night with the "Luca Panama" Orchestra.

For one evening, Étroubles, and its inhabitants recall the past times, fortunately not yet completely forgotten. In the typical streets of the village, the old agricultural professions are revived, related to agriculture, crafts, social life. There are also various dining options, lots of traditional live music and the parade of masks of the historical carnival of Coumba Freide.
