La Veillà of Gimillan - Ancient crafts and life in the past

The “Veillà”, the term once used for long evenings spent in the barn chatting, playing cards and spinning wool, has now become very much an event designed to preserve the memory of traditional trades and lifestyle, enlivened by singing and dancing throughout, with the possibility to taste some typical local dishes.
