Saturday 17 May 2025: special opening with free visit to the Museum from 19:00 to 23:00. Sunday 18 and Thursday 22 May 2025: free entrance to the Museum. The Museum is closed from 10 to 15 June 2025 and from 26 November to 4 December 2025.
As part of the initiatives organised on the occasion of World Biodiversity Day, which falls on 22 May, the Museum is hosting from 15 May to 27 July 2025 the photographic exhibition ‘Biodiversity around us’ curated by Stefano De Maio.
The exhibition consists of 25 macrophotographs dedicated to the natural world around us. Insects, snails, flowers and plants are the small protagonists of the shots portrayed in peculiar and often surprising situations.
The photographic exhibition aims to lead us all back to the diversity of life forms around us, discovering an almost invisible world to which less and less attention is paid today.
The exhibition can be visited free of charge with the purchase of a ticket to the Museum of Natural Sciences, during opening hours.
