A journey through the pages of a menu of local products, which contains the main typical specialities skilfully showed by different firms from Aosta Valley region.

A wide range of typical products, from the appetizer to the dessert passing through the DOC Vallée d’Aosta’s wines, grappas and spirits, will help the visitor to live a great experience and to taste the quality.

In the Roman Teather area you can taste the typical flavours of the Aosta Valley and, during the 2 days of S.Orso Fair, also local street food: dishes prepared with excellent products by some local companies.
